WORLD'S BEST COOKIE 
1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 c. salad oil
1 c. oats, regular
1 c. crushed corn flakes
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. shredded coconut
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. chopped pecans
3 1/2 c. flour

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Cream butter and sugars, beat until light and fluffy. Add egg, mix well. Add oil, oats, coconut, corn flakes, and nuts. Stir well. Then add flour, salt, and soda. Mix well. Form into balls, the size of walnuts. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and flatten with fork, dipped in water. Bake 12 minutes. Allow to cool on sheet for a few minutes before removing.
