AMERICAN CHOP SUEY 
1 c. uncooked macaroni
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1/2 c. green pepper
1/2 c. celery
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 sm. can mushrooms
1 lb. ground beef

Cook macaroni until tender. In a small saucepan, put a small amount of water and oil and cook vegetables until tender. Add salt and pepper as desired. Drain macaroni and vegetables.

In frying pan, brown the ground beef; then add the spaghetti sauce. Mix this with the vegetables and noodles. Mix well and serve.
