CHICKEN ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE 
6 boneless chicken breasts
5 to 6 zucchini, green or yellow
1 pkg. Kraft aged Swiss cheese
1 c. med. white sauce

WHITE SAUCE:

2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. chicken broth & wine to taste

Melt butter and stir in flour to make paste. Add broth, wine mixture and stir over low heat until thick.

Wash and dry chicken. Slice zucchini in 1/4 inch slices into low casserole. Add optional salt and pepper over zucchini. Lay Swiss cheese over zucchini. Lay chicken cutlet on top of cheese. Add another layer of cheese on top of chicken. Cover chicken with sauce. Bake 30 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with rice and mixed salad.
