CHESAPEAKE CRAB CAKES 
1 lb. crab meat
1/4 c. mayonnaise (light Miracle Whip is good)
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 egg beater
Parsley to taste
1 tsp. Tabasco
3 tbsp. bread crumbs

Roll in crumbs and fry in 1/2 cup oil (Puritan). Makes 8 cakes.
