COLD DOUGH NUT ROLLS 
6 c. flour
1 lb. butter
6 egg yolks
1 pkg. dry yeast
1 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar

FILLING:

3 lb. ground walnuts
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
6 egg whites, beaten

Mix flour, salt and butter like pie dough. Add egg yolks, yeast (which is added to milk) and sugar. Knead until it comes off hands. Refrigerate overnight.

Roll dough on powdered sugar. Spread with filling. Roll like jelly roll. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. (Makes 6 rolls).
