CRUSTLESS QUICHE | |
1 pkg. frozen spinach 1 lb. mild sausage 4 eggs 1 can evaporated milk 1 c. grated cheddar cheese 4 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese 1/3 c. chopped onion (optional) Cook spinach and sausage as usual, separately. Drain all grease from sausage. Drain all water from spinach. Combine eggs and milk; blend until well mixed. Place spinach and sausage in a 9 inch pyrex dish and top with grated cheddar cheese. Pour egg mixture over sausage and cheddar cheese. Shake on Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350°F for 35-40 minutes or until eggs do not run when cut. |
