TORTILLA - ORTEGA PEPPER
CASSEROLE
 
4 or 8 tortillas
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. water
1 lg. can Ortega peppers
1 c. grated cheese

Break tortillas in pieces; put a layer of tortillas in casserole; cover with peppers and grated cheese. Pour mushroom soup on top. Continue making layers until all ingredients are used. Cover with more grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Fresh mushrooms may be used, if desired.
