WANDA'S ORTEGA CHILI CASSEROLE 
4 (7 oz.) cans Ortega green chilies (whole)
1 1/2 lbs. grated cheese (Jack or Jack & Longhorn)
7 eggs
1 pt. sour cream
Salt & pepper to taste

Spread layer of chili on slightly greased casserole, 9"x13". Sprinkle with half the grated cheese. Another layer of chili and remaining cheese. Beat eggs with salt and pepper. Sour cream. Pour over casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Teat with knife.
