| NO-BAKE COOKIES - COCOA PUFFS | |

1 cup sugar 1/2 cup white syrup 1/4 cup honey 12 oz. chunky peanut butter 4 cups chocolate Cocoa Puffs Mix together sugar, white syrup and honey and cook for 1 minute after it comes to a boil. Add peanut butter. Stir until melted. Add Cocoa Puffs. Drop by spoon onto waxed paper. Work fast and have all ingredients measured and ready, as it hardens quickly. | |

I didn't use the entire 4 cups of cereal - replaced it with coconut and ended up with more peanut butter filling for a more uniform shape. These are super easy, great and taste delicious!
