CABBAGE PATCH SOUP | |
1 lb. lean ground beef, cooked and drained Sauté in 2 tablespoons butter and add: 1 c. celery, chopped 1 onion, chopped Add: 2 c. water or chicken broth 1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans 1 tsp. salt Chili powder (to taste) Pepper (to taste) Bring to boil and add: 1/2 medium head cabbage, finely shredded Cook until tender, about 3 minutes. |
