CABBAGE PATCH SOUP 
1 med. head diced cabbage
Salt & pepper
1 1/2 lbs. hamburg
2 c. tomatoes, crushed
2 tbsp. oil
2 med. onions, sliced
1/2 c. celery
16 oz. can kidney beans, drained
2 c. grated cheese

Cook cabbage until tender. Brown beef in oil; add onion and celery and cook until transparent. Add rest of ingredients; simmer 15 minutes. In a greased casserole layer cabbage then meat mixture. Repeat. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
