CABBAGE ROLLS 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
2 c. cooked rice
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
4 pieces garlic, chopped
1/2 tsp. celery seeds
2 med. cabbage heads
1 jar Prego with mushrooms

Trim off first layer of cabbage leaves. Cut deep into cabbage and remove core. Place whole cabbages in a large pot, boil 30 minutes, remove, drain and peel off each leaf. Set aside.

Saute onions, garlic and pepper until tender, add ground beef and brown, pour off grease and add cooked rice. Take 1 cabbage leaf and put 1 large serving spoon of ground meat mixture in each leaf, fold in sides and roll up. Secure with toothpick. Place in casserole dish, pour Prego over rolls. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
