CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lg. head cabbage
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1/2 stick butter
Italian bread crumbs
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 onion, chopped

Boil cabbage for 20 to 25 minutes, drain. Saute onions in butter. Add soup and cheese and cook until melted. Put cabbage in 9 x 11 inch pan and pour sauce over cabbage. Sprinkle with crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
