CABBAGE LASAGNE 
1 lb. ground turkey
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 med. onion
1/2 lg. green pepper
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce (1 1/2 c.)
2/3 c. cottage cheese
1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms
1 head cabbage
4 oz. Mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp. parsley flakes

Boil cabbage until leaves fall apart. Saute meat with onion, green pepper, salt, garlic powder and pepper. Add tomato sauce. Put 1/3 sauce in bottom of 9"x13" pan (sprayed with Pam). Put on one layer of cabbage (1/2 head). Put on 1/3 sauce, mushrooms and cottage cheese. Repeat cabbage and sauce. Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese and parsley flakes on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
