CABBAGE PARMIGIANA 
1 head of cabbage
1/4/1/2 c. olive oil
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. Italian bread crumbs
4 toes garlic, finely chopped

Chop cabbage; boil until tender; drain. Put garlic in olive oil and mix into cabbage. Mix in bread crumbs and cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 1/2 hour.
