1 head cauliflower, cut up
1 head cabbage, shredded
1 onion, chopped
1 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled

DRESSING:

2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese

Layer cauliflower, cabbage, onion, bacon in bowl. Mix spread dressing over top of salad. Refrigerate overnight. Toss before serving. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
