TWICE - BAKED POTATO 
4 potatoes, baked
1 c. sour cream
2 tsp. onion salt
2 tsp. freeze dried chives

Cut tops of potatoes (already baked) lengthwise and scoop out potato. Mash potatoes with sour cream. Add onion salt and chives. Fill skins with mixture. Bake 15 minutes at 400 degrees.
