BEEF BRISKET 
5 lbs. boneless brisket, flat cut
Lawry's seasoning and garlic salt
1 onion

SAUCE:

1 tsp. salt
1 c. bottled chili sauce
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. white vinegar

Sprinkle brisket with Lawry's seasoning and garlic salt. Lay in glass dish. Mix ingredients for sauce. Pour sauce over meat. Slice onion over meat. Cover overnight and refrigerate. Bake 3 hours, covered at 325 degrees. Let cool. Slice thin. Repeat at 200 degrees until hot. Serve.
