BEEF 'N NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 green pepper, chopped
1 c. salad green olives
1 lb. grated cheese or 3/4 c. Italian bread crumbs
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 can tomato soup
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mueller's flat noodles

Brown meat with onion and pepper. Add soup and tomatoes, mix well with cooked noodles and olives. Put all in a casserole dish and top with cheese and/or bread crumbs. Bake in a preheated oven at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.

NOTE: My mother "found" this recipe at a PTA meeting years ago. It is an excellent main course dish for a crowd of hungry children or adults. I often times take it to church suppers.
