KNEADED CHOCOLATE FUDGE 
2 tbsp. butter
2 sqs. unsweetened chocolate
3 c. sugar
1 tall can evaporated milk
1/4 c. honey
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts (optional)

Mix butter, chocolate, sugar, milk, and honey. Bring to a boil, cover and let boil 2 minutes without stirring. Uncover and cook without stirring until soft ball stage. Remove from heat and let stand until lukewarm. Add vanilla and nuts. Beat until gloss leaves. Pour onto a platter and knead until pliable. Shape into a rope and refrigerate until ready for use. Cut into slices and serve.
