3 c. sugar
3/4 c. cocoa
3/4 stick butter
1 can evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. vinegar

Mix cocoa, sugar and milk and boil for ten minutes. Add butter and cook on medium ten more minutes. Take off of stove and add vinegar. Hand beat for about twenty minutes. Pour into dish. Cut after it hardens.
