2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 tbsp. vanilla
3 c. instant oatmeal

Mix sugar, cocoa, butter, and milk; boil 1 minute. Beat in peanut butter, vanilla, and oatmeal. Spoon onto wax paper or aluminum foil and chill.
