KNEADED CHOCOLATE FUDGE 
2 tbsp. butter
2 sq. (1 oz.) each unsweetened chocolate
1 c. milk
3 c. sugar
1/4 c. honey
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. vinegar
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Melt butter and chocolate in milk in saucepan. Beat to blend. Add sugar, honey and salt. Bring to boil and boil 2 minutes. Uncover and cook without stirring to soft ball stage (238 degrees). Remove from heat and add vinegar. Let stand until lukewarm. Add vanilla and beat until thick and mixture looses its gloss. Add nuts and turn on buttered plate.

When cool, knead and shape into balls.
