RICE-MUSHROOM DISH 
1 c. uncooked rice
1-2 c. diced celery
1/2 lb. or 1 can mushrooms
1 can consomme soup or 1 c. beef bouillon soup
1 can water
1/4 lb. butter
1 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped

Brown celery, onion, pepper (mushrooms if not using canned in butter). Remove and then brown rice. Combine rice, soup or bouillon, dash of pepper and salt, but really doesn't need salt if you use bouillon. Bake uncovered 1 hour at 350 degrees.
