EXTRA SPICY CHICKEN 
1 c. plain flour
2 tsp. garlic salt
2 tsp. MSG
2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 c. milk
1 egg, beaten lightly
1 (3 oz.) fryer, cut up or chicken pieces

Combine flour, garlic salt, MSG, pepper, paprika, and poultry seasoning in plastic or paper bag. Shake chicken pieces in seasoned flour. Combine egg and milk. Dig chicken pieces in milk mixture. Shake chicken pieces a second time in seasoned flour - to coat thoroughly and evenly. Melt Crisco in heavy skillet, about 1 inch of melted oil. Have skillet HOT. Brown chicken on all sides. Reduce heat. Cook until tender. Do not cover! Drain on paper towels.
