BAKED LASAGNA 
2-3 lbs. extra lean ground beef
1 med. finely chopped onion
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1/2 tsp. dried basil
3/4 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 egg
2 (2 lb.) jars spaghetti sauce
1 lb. pkg. lasagna noodles
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
1 lb. Ricotta cheese
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Optional.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 13"x9"x2" pan. Cook lasagna as package directs. Brown ground beef; add onion, garlic, and saute until tender. Add oregano, basil, salt, pepper, 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, 1 egg. Add spaghetti sauce. In prepared baking dish 1st Layer: lasagna noodles. 2nd Layer: Mozzarella, ricotta. 3rd Layer: spaghetti-meat sauce, then Parmesan cheese, then repeat layers 2 more times. Bake 30 to 35 minutes (or until cheese is melted) and lasagna is heated through.
