BURRITOS 
Salad oil
1 lb. beef stew chunks (1/2 inch)
1 lb. pork, cut into 1/2 inch chunks
3 green onions, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1 c. water
1/2 c. salsa
1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies
Flour tortillas
Refried beans
Sour cream
Cheese

In 10 inch skillet over medium high brown beef and pork in 2 tablespoons salad oil; add onions and garlic, salsa, water and salt to taste. Heat to boil, then reduce and simmer meat mixture for 2 hours.

After 2 hours, add canned chiles and simmer until most of the liquid evaporates.

Serve in flour tortillas with shredded cheese, refried beans and sour cream.
