CAROLYN'S BURRITOS 
2 tbsp. water
1 (1 lb.) can refried beans
1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 tsp. ground cumin
2 tsp. salsa sauce
1 pkg. flour tortillas (10 count)

Put first 5 ingredient sin saucepan and heat, stirring constantly. When cheese is melted, remove from heat. Warm tortillas until pliable. Spoon bean mixture on tortillas, spreading a thin coat over entire surface. Roll tortilla to form a burrito. Pork mixture can be added to bean mixture. Burritos can be served warm or cold.

For a variation, drizzle nacho cheese dip over burritos; then sprinkle Mozzarella cheese and heat. At serving, top with chopped tomatoes and lettuce.

Pork mixture: Cut 1 pound pork steak into very small cubes. Brown; then sprinkle all over with ground cumin seeds. Fry until done. Drain off excess grease well and mix into bean mixture.
