COUNTRY CLUB BRUNCH 
7 slices bread, cubed
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 lg. ham, cubed
3 eggs
2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4-1/2 stick butter, melted

Layer 5 slices cubed bread, cheese, and ham in 9 x 13 pan. Pour beaten eggs and milk mixture on top. Mix remaining cubes and melted butter over top. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees. Serves 6.
