STEAK SUPPER IN FOIL | |
1 1/2 lb. chuck steak, 1 inch thick 10 3/4 oz. can condensed cream of mushroom soup 1 env. (about 1 1/2 oz.) onion soup mix 3 med. carrots, cut into fourths 2 stalks celery, cut into 2 inch pieces 3 med. potatoes, cut into fourths 2 tbsp. water Heat oven to 450 degrees. Place 24 x 18 inch piece of heavy-duty aluminum foil in baking pan; place steak on foil. Mix soup and soup mix; spread on steak. Top steak with vegetables; sprinkle water on vegetables. Fold foil over and seal securely. Bake until tender, about 1 1/2 hours. |
