CRACKERS AND EGGS 
1 egg, beaten
1 (4 oz.) Waverly crackers
1 c. milk (non fat, low, whole or cream o.k.)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 dash cinnamon (optional)
1 dash nutmeg (optional)
4 tbsp. butter

Melt 2 tablespoons butter in large frying pan until bubbly. Mix in small mixing bowl, egg, milk, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg. Slightly crumble crackers into butter in frying pan on low heat. Pour egg mixture over and cover pan with lid. Leave covered for 3-4 minutes.
