MEXICAN SALAD 
1 lg. head lettuce
1 lb. Longhorn cheese
1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
2 lg. tomatoes, diced
1/2 onion, chopped fine
3/4 bottle Catalina dressing
1 lg. bag Fritos, crushed slightly

Mix all ingredients, except Fritos. Mix in Fritos only when salad is ready to be eaten.
