CHICKEN BREASTS PARMESAN 
1/2 c. packaged pancake mix or flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 whole chicken breasts, split (about 2 1/2 lb.)
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/3 c. dry onion soup mix (1/2 pkg.)
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Parsley

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix pancake mix, salt, and pepper. Roll moistened chicken in flour mix and place in pan. Combine mushroom soup, onion soup, and milk. Pour over chicken and bake for 1 hour covered. Uncover, sprinkle on Parmesan cheese and bake 15 minutes more. Garnish with parsley. Serves 4.
