PEACH EASY COBBLER | |
5 c. sliced peaches 1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice 1 egg 1 c. flour 1 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 6 tbsp. melted butter Place sliced peaches that have the lemon juice on them into a large 10x13x1 inch pan. Beat whole egg until frothy and add to the flour, sugar and salt mixture. Mixture will be crumbly. Put over the peaches, then drizzle butter over top. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-45 minutes or until brown. |
