ROCKY ROAD BARS 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
1 sq. unsweetened chocolate
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs

FILLING:

6 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter, softened
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. flour
1 egg
1/4 c. chopped nuts

FROSTING:

2 c. miniature marshmallows
1/4 c. butter
2 oz. cream cheese
1 lb. or 3 c. powdered sugar
1 oz. sq. chocolate (unsweetened)
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large saucepan melt butter and chocolate. Remove from heat. Add sugar, flour, nuts, baking powder, vanilla and eggs; mix well. Spread in greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 25-35 minutes or until toothpick in center comes out clean. Sprinkle with marshmallows and bake 2 minutes longer.

Immediately prepare frosting by combining butter, chocolate, cream cheese and milk in saucepan. Heat on low heat until chocolate melts. Stir in powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth. Pour over marshmallows and swirl. Cool and cut into bars. Very rich and very good.
