PUMPKIN BREAD 
4 eggs
3 c. sugar
1 c. Crisco oil
2 c. pumpkin
1 c. water
3 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spices

Combine eggs, sugar, oil, pumpkin and water in a big bowl. Sift rest of ingredients together. Grease pan but do not flour. Fill 1/2 full (a 1 pound bread pan or mini loaf pans can be used). Bake 1 hour if using the 1 pound bread pans about 45-50 minutes if using the mini loaf pans at 350 degrees.
