MEXICAN FRUIT CAKE | |
2 c. sugar 2 eggs 2 c. flour 2 tsp. baking soda 1 c. nuts 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple w/juice Mix all ingredients together and pour into oblong pan (9 x 13 inch). Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. ICING: 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 stick soft butter 1 tsp. vanilla 2 c. powdered sugar Mix all together and pour over cake as soon as it comes from the oven. |
