MICROWAVED FISH 
1 lb. fish fillets
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. oregano

Microwave butter, lemon juice and oregano, uncovered, in a 1 cup glass measuring cup until melted; stir. Arrange fish (cut in 5-6 pieces) in a 1 1/2 quart glass casserole dish; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Pour butter mixture over fish. Cover and microwave until fish flakes easily with fork, 4 - 4 1/2 minutes on high. Serves 5-6 people.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
