Any type of green (kale, collard, etc.) 2-3 slices salt pork, cubed Juice of 1/2 lemon Garlic vinegar Oregano Salt to taste Garlic powder (opt.) 1-2 pats butter In microwaveable, covered casserole dish, add butter and cubed pork. Cook on high 2 1/2 minutes, turning after 1 minute. Cram in greens (they will cook down). Add lemon and cover, cook 3 minutes. Remember to turn dish occasionally. Add vinegar and seasonings. Stir. Cook 6 more minutes on high, stirring again after 3 minutes. |
