MIXED GREENS 
3 bunches mustard greens
1 bunch turnip greens
1 bunch/bag spinach/kale
1 lb. salt pork
1 pepper pod
Salt and Accent to taste
1 clove garlic
2 bunches green onions

Wash greens thoroughly cutting off stems and until water is free of sand and grit.

Cut green onions and garlic up, place in pot with a tablespoon bacon drippings. Add salt pork and bring to boil with little water. Add washed greens and cook until tender.
