BLACK ROAST 
3-4 lb. rib roast
2 lg. onions
3 cloves garlic
1 c. soy sauce (low sodium)
2 tbsp. mixed Italian herbs
1/4 c. Kitchen Bouquet

Mix onions, garlic, soy sauce, Italian herbs, and Kitchen Bouquet in blender. Marinate roast overnight in refrigerator. Put roast on rack over pan with 3 cups hot water in it. Cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Reduce heat to 150 degrees. Cook 8 hours for rare, 10 hours for well done. DO NOT OPEN OVEN DOOR DURING COOKING TIME!
