APPLE BUTTER BREAD 
2 c. self-rising flour
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs
3/4 c. butter, melted
3/4 c. apple butter
2 tbsp. milk
1/2 c. raisins
3/4 c. pecans, chopped

Preheat oven to 350°F. In a medium sized bowl, mix flour, sugar and cinnamon (dry ingredients). In a large bowl, beat eggs, butter, apple butter and milk until well blended. Stir in nuts and raisins. Gradually add the dry ingredients and blend well. Spoon into greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3 loaf pan.

Bake 60 minutes.
