APPLE BUTTER BREAD 
2 c. self-rising flour
1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
2 tbsp. apple juice
1/4 c. butter, melted
3/4 c. apple butter

Combine flour, sugar and cinnamon. Set aside. Combine eggs, apple butter, butter and apple juice. Add to flour mixture. Blend well. Stir in nuts and raisins. Pour into 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.

Bake at 350°F for 55 minutes. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan.
