3 c. sugar 3/4 c. butter 1 (5 1/3 oz.) can evaporated milk 1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi sweet chocolate chips 1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow creme 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. chopped nuts Grease 9"x13" baking pan. Combine sugar, butter and milk in 3 quart microproof bowl. Cook (micro) on HI 9 to 10 minutes or until mixture boils rapidly for 7 to 8 minutes. Sugar should be completely dissolved. Add chocolate, stirring until melted. Beat in marshmallow creme and vanilla until well blended. Fold in nuts. Turn into prepared pan. Refrigerate until firm, cut in squares. 3 pounds. |
