SALMON LOAF 
1 c. salmon
1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 egg
1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. grated onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 tsp. salt

Drain liquid from salmon and remove the bones. Flake the salmon and add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Turn into a buttered baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
