1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. salad oil
1 clove minced garlic

Blend together well. Marinate beef for about 3 hours before cooking. Glaze with remaining sauce as you cook.
