SHOO-FLY CAKE 
LIQUID PART:

1 c. Brer Rabbit Molasses
1 tbsp. baking soda
2 c. hot water

Combine in large bowl.

DOUGH PART:

4 c. flour
2 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 tsp. salt

Mix dough parts; take out 1 cup of crumbs for on top. Pour dough mixture into liquid and stir slightly. Oil long cake pan. Pour into pan and put crumbs on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
