"NO CHOLESTEROL" HONEY BRAN
MUFFINS
 
1 c. whole wheat or white flour
1 c. whole bran cereal
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. raisins
2 egg whites
1 c. skim milk
1/3 c. Mazola oil
1/4 c. honey

Oil muffin tins. In large bowl, stir in flour, bran, baking powder, salt, and raisins. In small bowl mix eggs, milk, corn oil, and honey. Let stand 3 minutes. Then combine the small bowl with the large bowl. Mix well.

Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Makes 12 muffins.
