BARBECUE RIBS 
4 tbsp. butter
4 lb. spare ribs
1/2 c. catsup
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. prepared yellow mustard
1 c. water

Brown ribs in butter. Mix together rest of the ingredients and cook about 20 minutes. Pour over browned ribs in a roasting pan and bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. You may need to add a little water as they cook to prevent dryness.
