GROUND TURKEY CASSEROLE 
2 lb. fresh ground turkey
1 box croutettes stuffing mix
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. celery
1/4 c. onions
1 c. chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken soup

Brown turkey in frying pan. Add salt and pepper. Saute celery and onions in butter. Mix with croutons and cup of broth. Layer turkey, then stuffing, then turkey and remaining stuffing.

Combine chicken soup (cream) and remaining broth. Put on top of stuffing. Cover with foil, 45 minutes. Remove for last 15 minutes or bake 1 hour until brown, at 350 degrees.
